About Us
We buy, repair, and sell properties in Grayson, Fannin, and Hunt Counties in Texas. We specialize in owner financing to those who do not currently qualify for bank financing. We work with folks who have subpar credit, short employment history, are self employed, and don't have social security numbers. We provide this financing on homes we sell or you can find a home we don't sell and we can still finance it. You can also finance through a bank if you prefer.

Sage has been in business since 2012 and is a licensed mortgage company with a licensed mortgage loan originator.
Our Approach
We focus on making the process from application to closing be completely different from a bank. We charge less fees, respond more quickly, require less paperwork, have easier qualification, and make it a more pleasant experience all around.
Referral Fees
Please send us homes that might be for sale. $500 paid to you if we purchase it. It must be a home off MLS and a property we don't already know about.
