What it Takes to Qualify for Financing Through Sage
Qualification - Generally, if you have the down payment, you will qualify. Credit report nor appraisal required.
Down Payment - The down payment is usually 25-30%.
Other Terms (Subject to Change) - Interest rate 11.4%, 2% origination fee, 30 year fixed. Can also offer interest only periods. $25/m servicing fee.
Refinance is also available.
Here is how it works.
1) Fill out a short 2 page application.
2) We will need access to the house for about 30 minutes for a BPO. Pay this upfront ($150).
3) Close with title company.
