Owner Financing (Homes We Sell)
It has become increasing hard to qualify for bank financing through the years. As an alternative, our company provides owner financing on any home that we sell, and it is much easier to qualify. Financing (Any Home)
We will finance homes you find in Grayson, Fannin, and Hunt County. The process will be similar to Owner Financing, but the cost of the financing will be a little higher. Click here for more information.

Adjustable Rate Mortgages
Our normal loan is a 30 year fixed loan, but we have started offering ARMs in the wake of home prices increasing dramatically over recent years. This option has a lower initial interest rate. Click here for more information.
